Each year, the Tampa Bay Rays invite the Seminole Warhawk Marching Band to perform on the field before a game. Students rehearse and learn music, and are transported to Tropicana Field via student and parent drivers. The performance date typically coincides with a Rays parking promotion, and the first 100 cars to arrive with 4 or more passengers are allowed to park for free. Students are given free admission to watch the game, and should bring money to eat at Power Alley - which is the Warhawk Band's own concessions stand at Tropicana Field. Attire is Band Polo, long khaki pants (no capris, shorts, or rolled up pants), a brown belt, and dark closed toe shoes.
Additional tickets to the game are offered to families at a discounted rate. Seats are located adjacent to student seating, usually in section 135. Familes buy tickets for $20 - and $5 per ticket gets credited back to each student's Charms ledger. Familes are encouraged to attend in support of the Band!
